Typepad connect comments on Typepad advanced...
I tore my hair out for a good while until I found this answer. So this post is for anyone who has the same issue, but cant find the documentation for putting Typepad connect comments on to advanced templates (because there isn’t any!) Varnish Cache →
Just checking out the Varnish caching server, and noticing the stack they use to serve is Apache httpd, Nginx and MySQL AND Varnish. Using nginx and Varnish is a new one on me (given that I only just discovered Varnish, so I will report back more on how this can all work!

nginx the load balancer webserver →
I am having a good look at the nginx load balancer and webserver. It achieved its 1.0 release back in April 2011, and it runs a significant number of high profile, high traffic websites including wordpress.com and mail.ru. Netcraft reports that in December 2011 nginx held 8.21% of the server market for the worlds busiest sites.
